Then, indulge in a multi-course chocolate-inspired extravaganza in Ocean Restaurant, where each dish celebrates the complexity and beauty of this exceptional ingredient.

21 September: The world's top triathletes return to Jersey for this short-form, high-octane event.

1-31 October: Enjoy German beers and try the special bar menu featuring German favourites, including Schnitzel & potato salad, Brats with sauerkraut, soft Pretzels, Currywurst, and more.

1 November: Experience a frightful night as the ground floor is transformed into a Haunted House Hotel with some incredible spooky things to see and do. Take spooky snaps in the photo booth, enjoy a delicious buffet, dance the night away, and be in with a chance to win fancy dress prizes.

17 October: Experience an unforgettable evening of Scottish hospitality with a specially curated dinner by Ocean Restaurant Head Chef Adam Braithwaite. Showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Scotland, this exceptional dining experience celebrates time-honoured traditions with a contemporary touch.

7-9 November: Find harmony between body and mind with this exclusive two-night QiGong Retreat overlooking Jersey's pristine coastline. This thoughtfully curated wellness experience combines the ancient wisdom of QiGong practice with the natural serenity of the hotel's oceanfront setting.

6 December: Experience an exclusive festive cookery demonstration with Executive Chef Will Holland, where you’ll watch step-by-step how to create the perfect Beef Wellington and take away expert tips to recreate this showstopping dish at home.
