Emma is a fine example of what can be achieved and we are sure she will go on and do great things.”

On receiving her outstanding results, Emma said:
“Thank you to everyone for their help, encouragement and support across the four years of study, through the highs and lows. I am so grateful to have been given some amazing opportunities and feel extremely lucky to have met some wonderful people along the way.”

“I am particularly over the moon to have received 90% in my dissertation, as it was a topic close to home, quite literally. I am really excited and looking forward to what the future holds within the food and hospitality industry.”
