The Michelin Experience Lunch, 16th and 23rd November 2013 - £95 per person
Discover the ultimate Jersey gourmet experience, a lunch that puts three Michelin-starred restaurants on the menu. This tasting menu of Jersey's restaurants begins at noon at Grand Jersey's Tassili with an amuse bouche ahead of a sumptuous dish of clam velouté, torched scallops, olive oil poached cod and squid cracker from chef Richard Allen, before diners are transported to the stunning surrounds of Ocean Restaurant to enjoy Mark Jordan's roast loin of roe deer, winter vegetable dauphinoise, prune d'agen, cep jus. The lunch concludes with diners returning in style to Bohemia for Steve Smith's signature compressed apple dessert with blackberries and black butter ice cream, followed by coffee and chocolates.
Three different chefs, three Michelin-starred restaurants and three culinary styles encapsulated in one unforgettable dining experience. Each course is served with a paired wine, specially selected by each restaurant's sommelier.
