The Atlantic Hotel, with its dramatic coastal location, provides a unique setting for Christmas. The festivities commence on Christmas Eve with a sophisticated six-course gourmet dinner. This glamorous black-tie event includes options for pescatarians such as charred salmon pave and for vegetarians such as beetroot and horseradish risotto. Guests will be served champagne as they are entertained by a troupe of carol singers.
The Atlantic Hotel’s Ocean Restaurant serves a traditional lunch on Christmas Day. Choose from a range of starters including a ham hock terrine, home-cured salmon gravlax and roasted tomato soup. To follow, diners are served roast turkey with all the trimmings, roast beef sirloin or a wild mushroom risotto suitable for vegetarians. For dessert, indulge in a classic Christmas pudding, sherry trifle, vanilla panna cotta or cheese board served with fig and apple chutney.
The Atlantic serves a casual buffet dinner on Christmas Day evening in the elegant dining room showcasing the finest Jersey produce. On Boxing Day, brave the waters for the annual St Brelade’s Bay Boxing Day Swim before the festivities draw to a close with a sumptuous dinner and light entertainment on Boxing Day evening.

Christmas at L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa
