Everyday detox tips
- Be realistic with cutting things out. If you like to relax with a glass of wine most evenings, try to keep it for the weekends and replace your weekday glass of red with a soothing herbal tea.
- Need a boost? Apply a hydrating facial mask in the evening while you soak in the bath to gently rehydrate tired winter skin.
- Drinking more water is the simplest way to skin and body health. To boost its effect, add one freshly-squeezed juice each day - try carrot, apple, lemon and ginger.

Favourite detox products
If you're looking to add a few new products to your routine then I'd have to recommend Decléor's Slim Effect draining contour serum and Decléor's Slim Effect massage balm - which is great for dry winter skin. And of course a skin brush for dry-skin brushing!

If I were a guest at my spa...
I'd choose The Club's Pure Detox Envelopment. Dry-skin brushing is followed by a full body sea salt and kelp exfoliation, before you're enveloped in rich marine algae to deep cleanse the system of impurities and give your skin a mineralising boost.

Special offer: The Club Spa's Pure Detox Envelopment, £50 (normally £65, 55 minutes) until Feb 28th. Quote 'LuxuryJersey'. This offer is subject to availability and treatments must be booked and taken before end of February 2014. Promotion does not include gift vouchers.

Everyday detox tips
- Kick start your new year routine by upping your water intake - an easy way is to try and drink at least one glass of water for each cup of tea or coffee you drink during the day. Adding a slice of lemon to your glass of water helps!
- Create a soothing spa-like atmosphere at home with our Elemis Cellutox Herbal Bath Synergy:  this seaweed bath soak is just like having a seaweed wrap - but at home! Follow with Cellutox Body Oil to lock in moisture.

Favourite place to de-stress
We have the most beautiful view from the spa. Our pool area with its jacuzzi, sauna and steam room is surrounded by glass so you have a perfect beach view. It's an amazing place to relax!

If I were a guest at my spa...
It would have to be the Elemis Aroma Stone Therapy, which uses heated basalt stones to melt away tension while you enjoy a deep massage using a selection of warmed oils. (1 hour 10 minutes, £80)

Everyday detox
Giving skin a daily brush with a dry-skin brush like this ESPA natural bristle brush will significantly improve tone and boosts skin cell renewal giving you softer, smoother, more radiant skin.
Favourite detox treatment
Seaweed-based treatments are ideal for refining and cleansing, and the ESPA Detoxifying Seaweed Bath is rich in minerals and vitamins - perfect for uplifting and replenishing during the colder months.
If I were a guest at my spa...
I'd definitely treat myself to the Total Holistic Care treatment with Hot Stones. Deeply relaxing, this top-to-toe treatment is all about rebalancing and harmonising and includes exfoliation, a full body massage and hot stone therapy and finishes with a calming acupressure head massage. (1 hour 55 mins, £130)
