Here's a tasty invitation - spend a week celebrating the island's rich produce from Jersey Royals to Jersey cream. The Jersey Food Festival from the 18th to 26th May is your chance to not only taste some of the island's home-grown produce, but also to go behind the scenes and learn how to prepare and cook like a top chef. 18th May - Atlantic Masterclass and Lunch: Pasta and
Love pasta? Learn to make your own as Michelin-starred chef Mark Jordan shows you all the tips and techniques you'll need to create your own culinary masterpieces. After your cookery class, it's time for a Food Festival three-course lunch at Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel, paired with specially selected wines. 19th May - Foodie films at Grand Jersey: Ratatouille and
Bring the kids to Grand Jersey for Sunday brunch, and then enjoy a screening of Disney Pixar's 'Ratatouille' in their private cinema afterwards. 20th May - Jersey Ormer Farm Tour and
Wild ormers or abalone are found around Jersey's coast, and the Jersey Ormer Farm is the first to attempt breeding the local delicacy, which is one of the world's most valuable seafoods.
