Face up to Spring: The Club Spa's Signature Facial
Let's face it. The winter isn't kind to our skin. And now that the sun's out (well some of the time) and summer's on its way, it's time to get rid of dull winter skin and brighten up your complexion.
If your face is showing too many tell tale signs of winter dehydration, those fine lines around the eyes from squinting into the wind or perhaps you're not looking as bright as you'd like, then it's time to take action says Dawn Carus, Spa Manager at The Club Spa. 'A season change is the perfect time for a facial. It will prepare your skin for for the summer, and give you a re-energising boost just at the right time when you want to get rid of dull skin and dehydration lines.'

The facial begins with a lymphatic massage, along with a gentle exfoliation around the delicate eye area. 'The massage techniques really help to lift and tone the skin' says Dawn. Once your skin has been thoroughly worked on, it's time for a soothing mask to do its work, plumping up your skin and penetrating deeply to improve tone and condition. You leave looking (and feeling) radiant - especially if you've taken time out to enjoy The Club Spa's pool, relaxation room and spa facilities...
... and relax! Chill out with some herbal tea at The Club Spa's relaxation room
Dawn always advises people to leave their skin make-up free for a while after the facial - we think this soothing and relaxing treatment would be a great way to finish a busy day, especially if you're staying at The Club Hotel, and your soft feather bed is just a few floors up...
'A treatment like this helps your skin to firm and tone, creating a smooth canvas for lighter summer makeup. It's the perfect boost' says Dawn. So you won't have to hide away behind your Ray-Bans a moment longer than you have to.
SPA SPY: And once your face looks radiant, make sure the rest of you does too. We've just heard The Club Spa has had a delivery of brand new Darphin Perfecting body products to ensure you're bikini-ready in time for summer!
