What would your perfect detox programme be?
To kick start your New Year health regime, I'd recommend a programme of ESPA's Ultimate Body Wrap (65 mins, £88) teamed with the ESPA Stimulating Hip and Thigh Treatment (65 mins, £88) to boost the metabolism, speed up the elimination of toxins and tone and firm skin. If you're starting a personal training regime, it's the perfect complement and will really help to maximise results.
Quick fix detox tips?
Skin brushing should be part of everyone's daily routine! Use our ESPA skin brush on dry skin in sweeping movements towards your heart, it helps with firming and toning as well as giving you smoother, softer and more radiant skin. It's something you can do easily at home, and it really makes a difference. ESPA Cactus Bristle Skin Brush, £16.

Our ESPA Detoxifying Seaweed Bath, (200ml, £25) is a great one to use at home - it contains high quality seaweed extract for a real purifying and detoxing experience.
If you were a guest at Grand Spa - which treatment would you book?
My perfect combination would be a body massage followed by the Ultimate ESPA Body Wrap for all the detoxifying and nourishing benefits of the treatment with the added extra of a calming massage. It's a real wellbeing experience!

Favourite detox product?
The Elemis Procollagen Marine Cream (£69, 50ml). It's a real miracle-worker.
Best treatment to book?
The Elemis Cellutox Aroma Spa Ocean Wrap (£80, 75 mins - currently on offer at £50 during January 2013) which uses a combination of essential oils and mineral-rich algae to detox and stimulate. It's primarily a treatment aimed at improving skin tone and texture, but it has powerful detoxing benefits. I'd also recommend a full body salt scrub - as well as improving blood circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system, it dramatically improves the look and feel of your skin.
If you were a guest - which treatment would you book?
It would have to be one of our tailor-made massages to release all the stress and tension, and then I'd follow it up with a soak in our sea view jacuzzi. Bliss.

What's your favourite way to look better fast?
Getting a good night's sleep makes you feel great, eases the dark eye circles and ensures your body stays healthy.
What's the best detox treatment on your treatment menu?
Ionithermie, which is the UK's number one contouring, firming and anti-cellulite treatment. It works on all your 'wobbly bits', using electrical currents to stimulate the muscles and a warming clay masque to boost circulation and detox. Treatments last 60 minutes and cost £68 after an initial consultation.
Tell us about your favourite detox products?
Keep it simple with daily dry body brushing - ensure you brush your skin in movements towards the heart. It will stimulate your lymphatic system and make your skin look smoother and healthier within just a couple of weeks. A body brush will cost you £11.70 from Spa Sirène, but it's a lifetime investment.
If you were a guest at The Royal Yacht, which treatment would you treat yourself to?
The Lavender Lullaby (90 mins, £97), a complete top-to-toe treatment that includes a mini facial, full body exfoliation and a massage using local Jersey Lavender and followed by a Thai-inspired massage. This treatment will leave you feeling truly relaxed with an incredible feeling of wellbeing.
The Royal Yacht Hotel's 'Super Spa Package' includes an overnight stay, dinner and a 75 minute spa treatment for £166 per person (based on two sharing). Call 01534 720511 or click here to book this package online.

What's your favourite way to look better fast?
Having your eyebrows professionally shaped and tinted (30 mins, £23) - it will immediately give you a groomed look and emphasise your eyes. A very affordable yet dramatic change can be made in just a half hour spa appointment. If you've never had your eyebrows tinted, ask for a subtle effect first as you can always go darker once you've seen the effect!
Detox tips to try at home?
A good face and body exfoliation. Take time to massage in your facial exfoliator (try Darphin Age-Defying Dermabrasion, £50) add a little water to your fingertips for ease of movement and use gentle circular motions. Once rinsed off apply a rehydrating face mask (try Clarins Hydraquench Cream-Mask £24.90), and even leave it on overnight to really soak up all the goodness. It's a great way to restore life back into sluggish dry winter skin!
What's the best detox treatment on The Club Spa's menu?
My top recommendation would be our Pure Detox Envelopment (60 mins, £65) which begins with dry skin brushing and sea salt exfoliation followed by a warm envelopment of 100% marine algae which acts to re mineralise and help the body eliminate waste and toxins. It also includes deep facial cleansing and a scalp massage for a highly effective detox treatment that also leaves you super relaxed and recharged.
Favourite detox product?
Clarins Tonic Body Oil (£28.90). It's one of Harpers top products for 2012 and it's great for winter use or if you're trying to lose excess weight or tone up as it firms and improves skin elasticity. And if you want to begin the year with a simple but effective morning routine, start your day with hot water and a slice of lemon every morning to help your liver and improve your skin!
If you were a guest at The Club Spa, which treatment would you treat yourself to?
I have two favourite spa treatments depending on whether I'm looking for a complete luxury de-stress or a pick-me-up that will revive my tired skin. My de-stress treatment has to be our Shankara Bliss Ayurvedic Therapy (£140) - two hours of bliss with a head to toe indulgence that includes herbal body wrap, facial, body massage, Shirodhara oil pour and scalp massage and a Tibetan foot treatment! To turn back the clock and see an immediate bright youthful complexion then it has to be the Club Lifting Facial (90 mins, £105) which uses the Carita lifting machine. It's a deep cleansing followed by a dramatic lifting, with results you can see in just one treatment!
