Overview

2018 saw the Restaurant at Longueville Manor be re-awarded 3 AA Rosettes, placing them in the top 10% of restaurants in the UK and Ireland. The food behind the award-winning restaurant is run by Executive Head Chef, Andrew Baird, and his team. Andrew has dedicated over 26 years of service to the Restaurant at the manor and works alongside the gardeners to decide exactly what delicious, local and seasonal produce is grown in the Kitchen Garden, which is then incorporated into the daily menus. Andrew’s acute knowledge of the exquisite ingredients on the island and his relationships with their producers are second to none.
