From their Pisco Sour to the famous Rhubarita, Ormer's mixologists share their latest seasonal cocktail recipes. Mix one up for yourself, or visit Ormer Restaurant in St Helier to see how it's really done.

Try giving your own cocktails the Ormer edge with this how-to guide from Ormer's top mixologists.

Ormer Pisco Sour Cocktail

You'll need:
20ml egg white
75ml Pisco
30ml lemon juice
5ml Tradicional
12.5ml sugar syrup

Method:
Place 10 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Add all of the ingredients one-by-one.
Shake hard for 1 minute.
Strain the contents twice.
Serve in a tall tumbler glass and garnish with lemon peel.

Rhubarita Cocktail

You'll need: 
25ml Tradicional
25ml rhubarb liqueur
25ml Cointreau
25ml lime juice
12.5ml sugar syrup

Method:
Place 10 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Add all of the ingredients one-by-one.
Shake hard for 1 minute.
Strain the contents twice.
Serve in a Martini glass.

Bar Stock - Ormer 597

Pure Caipi (Non-Alcoholic Cocktail):

You'll need:
2 cucumber slices
25ml caramel syrup
25ml lemon juice
25ml strawberry purée
50ml cranberry juice

Method:
Place 10 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Add all of the ingredients one-by-one.
Shake hard for 1 minute.
Strain the contents once.
Serve in a highball glass and garnish with cucumber.

Five And Drive (Non-Alcoholic Cocktail)

You'll need:
50ml cranberry juice
50ml pineapple juice
25ml peach syrup
25ml lemon juice

Method:
Place 10 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Add all of the ingredients one-by-one.
Shake hard for 1 minute.
Strain the contents once.
Serve in a high ball glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
