weekends and bank holidays 7am - 8pm.

Spa secrets: Many of the Spa's treatments can be adapted to make them suitable as pre or post-natal treatments, and the calm, tranquil spa is just the right setting if you're in need of some pregnancy pampering.
Also: arrive early for your treatment and you can try the specially designed Balancing Waters ritual which uses alternate hot and cool water treatments to rev up circulation and relieve tension so that you'll be relaxed and ready for your massage.
Pack your Lycra: Grand Jersey's gym is great for keeping on top of your fitness routine, but don't miss a morning jog along the seafront - just a few steps away from the hotel.

What makes The Spa special? Apart from our wonderful setting, it's our ESPA products. Their philosophy is that it's a lifestyle rather than just skincare, so our in-depth consultations enable us to put together bespoke packages that are perfectly tailored to our clients.
Favourite treatment? The Advanced Back, Face and Scalp treatment with hot stones. It's an incredible luxury treatment that treats the entire body with bespoke blends of oils and massages and lasts nearly two hours. It's ideal if you really need to wind down.
Best short on time treatment? Our facials are custom-selected for your skin type and use the most wonderful ESPA products. They're definitely worth booking, even if you're only here for a short time.
Favourite ESPA product? The luxurious Regenerating Face Treatment Oil. It turns just the simple act of taking your make up off and moisturizing into an indulgent ritual.
Laura's top tip for hotel guests: Use the natural environment surrounding the hotel to put you in the right frame of mind for your treatment. Whether you walk on the beach or sit on the terrace with a herbal tea, it'll extend your treatment and really maximise the stress-relieving effects.
