Come evening, savour an exquisite tasting menu in the Michelin-starred Bohemia restaurant. Designed by Head Chef Callum Graham, tempting dishes will include roasted local sea bass and white asparagus, with hazelnuts, brown shrimps, sea herbs and seaweed butter sauce; and roasted saddle and braised BBQ neck of lamb with Wye Valley asparagus, morels, black garlic puree and lamb jus.
