Michelin-starred restaurant Bohemia, led by Head Chef Callum Graham, has been included in Harden’s 100 Best UK restaurants 2024, moving up nine positions this year to 52.

Bohemia offers delicious modern European fare using only the finest fresh, high-quality and seasonal ingredients available in Jersey and nearby France. Influenced by his classical training in Michelin-starred  restaurants spanning London, Paris and Geneva, Callum’s ambitious Tasting, Set and Surprise menus are an exercise in elegance and flavour, turning local ingredients into culinary works of art.

Bohemia maintained its Michelin-star for the 19th consecutive year in 2023.  

The Harden's guide - which is now in its 33rd edition - is said to be the only UK restaurant guide sold in bookshops that is based on feedback from diners rather than a group of professional inspectors. A total of  30,000 reports are submitted from a survey of 3,000 diners.
