The Ultimate Jersey BBQ package combines an overnight stay, and an exciting exploration of the island’s coast with an exclusive Michelin-starred al fresco dining experience, unlike any other. 

Priced from £1,999 for two people, the day will start with a luxury transfer to the harbour, where guests will be met by a kayaking adventure guide who will accompany the group on an hour of breath-taking exploration along Jersey’s east coast. After discovering striking caves and taking in the dramatic landscape, you will then be welcomed by a Champagne reception on board a private rib that will take you to lunch.

The adventure will continue to The Ecrehous, a cluster of tiny, picturesque islands off the coast of Jersey. Upon arrival, you’ll be spoilt with your own private waiter and chef from the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant Bohemia and treated to an incomparable three-course lunch on a secluded islet beach, designed by Bohemia’s Head Chef Callum Graham. Whilst soaking in the glorious views, you will be served fresh and locally sourced seafood and shellfish, expertly prepared and served right to your table, set against the backdrop of the crystal blue sea. Enjoy paired wines with each course, and after your meal, take a leisurely stroll across the island or a dip in the water.

Come the end of the day, return to The Club Hotel & Spa for a blissful night’s sleep in one of the hotel’s luxurious rooms or suites or head to The Club Spa for a spot of relaxation.
